ARMSYS6410-CORE核心板,采用8层板工艺,具有最佳的电气性能和抗干扰性能,使S3C6410稳定工作于667MHz主频之上(DDR数据和CLK信号达到266MHz)。多达320个引出脚,充分扩展了S3C6410的硬件资源,让使用者能够无局限自由地进行扩展板设计。

硬件资源:
- CPU:Samsung S3C6410处理器,ARM1176JZF-S内核,667MHz系统频率;
- Flash Memory:256MB Nand Flash,可定制128M~2G容量;
- mobileDDR:128MB mobile-DDR SDRAM内存,数据和CLK信号266MHz;
- 时钟晶振:12MHz系统外部时钟源;32.768KHz的RTC时钟源;27MHz的TV Encoder时钟源;48MHz的USB OTG时钟源;
- 核心板接口:采用320针1.27间距,由两条100针和两条60针双排插针组成;
- 电源部分:输入电压3.3V和5V,输出核心板所需要的各路电压(支持CPU运行在667MHz)。
